8 Week Programme Details

The 8 Week Mindfulness Programme is group focused with usually ten participants.

We ask that individuals booking on a course be over the age of 18 years.

In the initial session (Week 1), participants will be asked to fill out a short form.

All information is strictly confidential and we adhere to data protection policy.

The programme is structured so that participants will attend therapist led weekly workshops (for 8 weeks) at a confirmed venue - each workshop will last two to three hours. Between workshops, participants will be asked to complete home practice. 

Throughout the 8 week course, we will be learning about: 

mindful movement
how to quiet a busy mind
various forms of meditation
environment connection
blue and green space
attitudes of mindfulness
internal reflection
directed attention/soft fascination
emotional resilience 
home practice
informal and formal mindfulness

Each participant will be given a journal at the start of the programme and encouraged to make notes: reflecting on the practices they may participate in within the group or practices that have been done at home. There will be group discussions every week, however, if a participant is not comfortable sharing their experience, that is absolutely fine. 

Your comfort and well being is at the heart of everything we do. 

Price - The 8 Week Programme is £200 per person.

Five participants is the minimum number required for a course to run,
if this number is not met, a course may be rescheduled. If you have booked a place on an 8 Week Programme and you are unable to attend a rescheduled programme, a full refund will be given.
