Do you have all the necessary legal qualifications?
Yes. Our team are highly professional and comply with installation regulations and law.
I want to see a unit, door or worktop that you supply for installation; can you provide me with a sample prior to ordering?
If you live in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area, we offer a home visit and design service as standard where we bring catalogues of our various ranges and unit/door samples. If you are ordering outside of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area, we can provide you with small samples packs for you to take a look at. If you wish to look at a full sized unit or door, we will provide this service for you prior to ordering but the price of the delivery will be have to be met by you. If you are not happy with the product, you will have to send the product back to us and we will give you price of the product back.
Do you plan the design of my new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom?
Yes. We use CAD (Computer Aided Design) once we have inspected your room/property and taken measurements.
Do you provide a planning only service?
Yes. We will give you a CAD design of your kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. All you need to do is provide us with the measurements and we will design it for you. This will come at a charge of £30. If you later decide that you wish us to fit your kitchen, bathroom or bedroom for you, we will give you a full refund for the designed plans as this comes as standard with every fitting.
Will I be given a delivery date?
Yes. We will arrange a delivery date once we have processed your order. Delivery times may vary, due to the products in your order and if they are in stock.
Will I be given an installation date? Yes. Once we have processed your order, checked available stock and designed your plans, we will give you your installation date.
How will I know that my order has been received?
We will automatically receive your order once you have finalized it. You will then receive an automated email receipt to confirm that we have received your order. We will then call you back ASAP to discuss your order further and to arrange a meeting for the assessment of your room/property.
How long will it take to install my new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom?
Depending on the size of the job, the installation of your new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom will take 1–2 weeks. Most jobs are completed within a week. We will specify a time scale once we get to the planning stage.
Do you install anything other than kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms?
Yes. Please email us if you have any questions regarding any of your installation needs.
Do you cater for any necessary building alterations?
Yes. We can cater for any alterations. Please ask any questions you may have.
Do you do plumbing services?
Yes. We will plumb all of your appliances, sinks, showers, toilets, radiators etc for you.
Do you do electrical services?
Yes. We will connect all the electrics for your appliances, lighting, under floor heating and any alterations to circuits
Do you do plastering services?
Yes. We can plaster your walls and ceilings as long as wallpaper/tiles are removed. We can remove any wallpaper/tiles for you.
Do you do tiling and flooring services?
Yes. We can cater for a vast variety of floor/wall tiling and flooring.
Do I need to arrange any other tradesman to do any part my installation?
No we will cater for every aspect of your installation. Our fitters are highly professional and have over 25 years of building and fitting experience.
Do you have a vast range of products, styles, colours and choices?
Yes. We supply both traditional and contemporary styled kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms. We have a range of 50 different kitchen doors and drawer covers, a large selection of appliance brands and a large choice of bathroom and bedroom styles.
Can you supply custom sized units and doors?
Yes. We can offer custom sized units and doors at an extra price per dimension on selected ranges.
I have a low/high budget; can you cater for my needs?
Yes. We offer competitive and affordable prices for fitting, appliances and building alterations for customers with all budgets.
Do you use high quality materials?
Yes. One of the reasons we went into business was to provide customers with better quality products at an affordable price.

Do I get any guarantees with the fitting of my new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom?
Every installation comes with a 2 year fitting guarantee as standard.
All of our Kitchens components come with a 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
All of our bedrooms packages come with 5 year guarantee
All of the wooden bathroom furniture comes with a 5 year guarantee
All other bathroom products come with the standard manufacturer’s guarantee

Do you supply appliances?
Yes. We have a vast selection of integrated and freestanding appliances. We supply various makes, models and sizes of range cookers, ovens and compact cooking solutions, hobs, extractors, refrigeration, dishwashers, laundry. Plus we have variety of sinks, taps, unit storage systems and accessories for you to choose from.
Do appliances come with any guarantees?
Yes. They come with the manufacturer’s standard guarantee. The length of the guarantee depends on the appliances you choose, ranging from 1 to 5 years.
Do additional products and accessories come with any guarantees?
Yes. Every product in your installation will come with the standard manufacturer’s guarantee.
What do I do if I find a fault with my kitchen/bathroom that you have installed?
Please do not leave the problem. If you find anything wrong with your installation, please contact us immediately via telephone or email to report the problem. We will rectify the problem ASAP. We aim to keep every single one of our customers happy.
Are you fully insured to work in my home?
Yes. We are insured for public liability for up to £5 million.
Do you install elderly friendly and disabled access kitchens/bathrooms?
Yes. We deal with the world’s leading companies that supply us with elderly and disability accessible products. We can give you a desirable kitchen/bathroom, as well as helping you with your independence
Do you clear my old kitchen, bathroom, appliances and materials away?
Yes. We either hire a skip or clear the site personally, depending on the size of the job.
Can I buy single items/appliances from you?
Yes. You can buy any single item you choose. Anything from an oven or hob, to a tap or shower tray.
Do you do a worktop replacement only service?
Yes. We install using seem less joining, not metal strip joining. This service is only available in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas.
Can I choose to buy and then install the order myself?
Yes. They can be installed by a competent D.I.Y enthusiast.
Do you install kitchens and bathrooms outside of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area?
No. This is due to travelling, cost and accommodation issues. We are looking to expand the business nationwide in the future so this would no longer be an issue.
Do you have a showroom?
No. We keep our costs low due to having no overheads. This therefore helps us give you excellent quality and value.
